The Australian Art Deco Festival, Leeton is located on the traditional lands of the Wiradjuri people. From 10am til 2pm, indulge your inner child (or your actual children for that matter) and take a journey on a miniature train!
A single train ticket at only $2 covers a roughly 10-minute ride on 2.4km of track around the Yanco Powerhouse Museum precinct and even includes a tunnel!
Fun for all ages, fully enclosed footwear is a must to be able to ride.
After your ride, explore the Yanco Powerhouse Museum—the original Art Deco-era power station built to supply power to Leeton and the rest of the Murrumbidgee Irrigation Area.
The Yanco Powerhouse Museum will be open Sunday 14 July from 10am to 4pm. Museum entry is $5 per adult, $1 per child.
Note: The Museum and Trains do not have EFTPOS facilities, so please bring cash.
